Caesar Filori (Basic Pleasure Model, Wideband Network) and Jim B-Reay (jimbreay.com) came together in the mid 2000s, introduced by their mutual friend Paul Sebastien of Psykosonik.

Both children of the 80s and lovers of technology, they became fast friends and collaborators, geeking out about synths, drum machines, eMagic Logic, and the best sushi restaurants in each of their cities

When the COVID pandemic hit in 2020, they started working together in earnest, sending files cross country from Minneapolis to Seattle. The goal was to simply pursue whatever musical idea made sense at the time, regardless of style: 80’s rock instrumentals gave way to space age lounge music, to late 80s synthpop, and into less categorizable areas.

The “Wandering Now” means we go wherever in music history we want to go, and make it our “now”. Easier just to hear it.
